#DOGOODEATLOCAL
One of our brands Pub & Grub Creative serves over 80 restaurants, bars, and breweries in Colorado. We have always focused on the local F & B scene and participated in many local fundraisers and events. So many of our friends got laid off overnight and venues shut down, that we were a little in shock. We were sure how to serve at first, but we resorted to what we know best. And that is making retail ready tees.
So my whole team and I worked all last weekend to create a few designs, set up a web store, produced a best practices document, and launched on social media. Everything seems so urgent and we felt that urgency to support our community. The campaign is to give 100% of the profits of our tshirt sales to 4 beneficiaries currently.
We welcome any food and bev venue or relief funds to the list. They share the campaign and they get the benefit of some of the sales. We are also waiving all fees to set up a webstore on our marketplace whether it is for a client or not. I believe merch is a lifeline during this time and one of my goals is to encourage all venues to start selling merch. Curbside or delivery isn’t enough to keep the lights on.
Every venue is having the same call to action. Merch is something that their supports don’t have to make a decision on who to order from. They can support both from the comfort of their homes.I love seeing all the people in our industry stand up and do what they know best. And that is to sell t-shirts!
